Everybody in a team needs to know that the thing they do affect others .Effort is very important moving from point A to point B .Excuse is not allowed knowing fully well that you are relevant and it will be obvious when you didnt do what you are suppose to do .

E-excellence.
However question as to am i a dependable teamplayer ? do i make contribution ? should be asked.
Cooperation is a must in a team . what is cooperation ? is not just working , it is working with one another for one another. you are a gift to your team and as a result you should always be available and wanting to do more. Nobody can/ should be erased. Always come to a point whereby you submit yourself .
Lack of concentration / consideration should be disallowed.
Conflict is allowed if it sticks to job but uncoordinated activities results when there is conflict without cause , at worst will cause progress delay.
Learn how to ask relevant question from the people you work with , Dont ask probing question.
Humility : sharing what you know more than the rest to make your team more efficient.
Imbibe a service culture , winning culture for a team to work together , there must be sharing .
