BOOSTING YOUR SELF ESTEEM.

Having low self esteem takes an enormous toll on the quality of your life .you take fewer risks ,which limits opportunities ,both personally and professionally. you are reluctant to voice or acknowledge your needs , you are probably also haunted by past mistakes and making future ones .
- Stop comparing yourself to other people : self comparism will likely end up yourself negative light. Being yourself is the best model of good self esteem. Be who you want to be and do what you want to do always have it in mind you are the best.
- Stop putting yourself down : constantly repeat negative comments about your skill and ability denies you from developing a high self esteem . Do not beef your up over mistakes that you have made . Learn how to correct them so that they work for you .Focus on successful achievements and move on.
-Use affirmations to raise yourself esteem: get into the habit of continually thinking and saying positive statement about yourself and experience the positive feelings about your statements.Also use inspirational quotes to boost yourself esteem.
-Accept compliments graciously : Do not dismiss compliment , if you do send a message to yourself , that you do not deserve it or you are worthy of praise .this reflect a low selfesteem.
-Take advantage of life coaching programmes: Attend trainning workshops and read books on how to raise yourself esteem. This helps to develop in you more positive attitude. good materials that youlay your hands on , act on what you have learnt which means that it will plant itself in your mind and dominate your behavior. nourish your mind on positive thoughts.
-Mix with positive and supportive people : you associate with influences your thoughts, actions and behavior. when you are surrounded by supportive people you feel better and comfortable about yourself.
- Acknowledge your positive attributes: learn how to trully value your many excellent qualities.
- Do not suppress your feelings : not voicing or acknwledging your need means that you are probably tolerating more than you should. Find out what you are putting up with and lower your tolerance ,by doing so , you are giving yourself the message that you are worth it.
- Involve yourself in work and activity that you love : so many people stop doing those activities that they most enjoy . Even if you are not in a position to make immediate changes in your career , you can still devote some of your leisure time to enjoyable hobbiesand activities.
- Start taking action ! The universe rewards action . Avoiding challenges means that your self esteem muscles become weak and flabby .When you start taking action regardless of your action you will begin to feel better about yourself ,develop your self confidence and raise your selfesteem.
