MANAGING YOURSELF

Now most of us , even those of us with modest endowment , will have to learn to manage ourselves . We will have to learn to manage ourselves . we will learn to develop ourselves where we can make the greatest contribution. Question as to ;

what are my strenght where one belongs can transform an ordinary person , hardworking and competent but otherwise second - rate - into an outstanding performer .
How do i perform ? Amazingly only few people know how to get things done . most do not even know that different people work and perform differently . many people work in ways which lead to poor performance because they are not the right ways . just as people achieve results by doing what they are good at , they also achieve results by working in ways that they best perform.
what are my values ? To be effective in life , a person's value must be compatible with what is being done . It does not have to be the same with what you do but must be close enough to co exist .

What contribution should i make ? how can i make contributions to what should be done .

finally, what results have to be achieved to make a difference ? responsibility for relationships ; the first step is to accept the fact other people are as much individual as yourself.
